Privacy Policy

We keep as little as the service needs to work. We never ask for your Instagram login and never connect your account to anything on Instagram.

What we store

• Email address — to sign you in with a one-time link and to send receipts, cancellation notices and watch alerts.
• Session — a cookie with a random token that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Signing out deletes it.
• Operation log (op_ledger) — each paid action: its type, the public username it was about, whether it succeeded and when. It counts your 100 operations and lets you see your history.
• Subscription — plan, period, status and the payment reference from our payment agent. We never see or store card details.
• Watch list — up to 3 usernames you watch and the alerts we sent about them.
• Abuse protection — your IP address is used for rate limits and the Cloudflare Turnstile check, not stored with your account.

Analytics and errors

• PostHog counts page views and product events without cookies and without identifying you.
• Sentry receives error reports so we can fix bugs; they may include the page address and your browser version.

Public Instagram data

We store snapshots of public profiles and lists that users look up. Full snapshots are deleted after 90 days; the list of changes (who followed or unfollowed and when) is kept. Anyone can ask for an account’s page and data to be removed at [email protected].

Who processes data for us

• lava.top (LAVALANE LTD, Cyprus) — payments;
• Resend — sending emails;
• Cloudflare — network, caching and the Turnstile check;
• PostHog and Sentry — analytics and error reports.

How long we keep it

Account data stays while your account exists. The operation log and subscription records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and disputes.

Deleting your account

Write to [email protected] from the address you sign in with. We delete your account, sessions, watch list and operation history within 7 days, except records we must keep for payments.
