Cancelling
A Monthly plan can be cancelled in one click in your account. There are no questions and no retention offers. The period you already paid for keeps running with its remaining operations; after it ends you are not charged again.
The One month plan does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
Refunds
If QuietPeek did not work for you, write to [email protected] from the address you sign in with. We process refund requests by hand within 3 business days. After a refund, access for that period ends.
The money returns to the card or account you paid with; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank.
Who takes the payment
Payments are processed by our payment agent lava.top (LAVALANE LTD, Cyprus). The charge on your statement may show their name.
